Chickpea and Lima Bean Seaweed Salad

Chickpea and Lima Bean Seaweed Salad

1 ounce dulse (dry seaweed), dry

3 ounces snap peas, cooked (chilled)

3 ounces chickpeas, cooked (chilled)

3 ounces lima beans, cooked (chilled)

2 tablespoons corn oil

1 teaspoon dill

1 teaspoon tarragon

½ teaspoon salt

juice of ½ lemon

 

Preparation:

1.  Soak and rinse dulse 2 or 3 times in cold water.

2. Mix all ingredients together.

3.  Serve chilled and Enjoy!
