Carob Topping
- 1 cup of water
- 2 TBS vanilla
- 2 tsp of honey
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of cornstarch
- 2 TBS of carob powder
- 1/4 tsp of "Roma" or other coffee substitute (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat until thick.
