Strawberry Topping
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 2 TBS of sweetener
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup of fruit juice
- 1 TBS cornstarch
Blend the above until smooth, then place in a sauce pan and stir until thick. Chill and serve over ice cream as a topping or serve warm over waffles, cooked cereal granola etc.
