Breakfast Smoothie
- 3 TBS raw pumpkin seeds
- 2 TBS ground flax seeds
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 8 frozen strawberries
- 1 cup vanilla soy/rice/almond milk (I love Blue Diamond Vanilla Vanilla Soy milk)
- 1/2 or 1 frozen banana
OPTIONS: mango slices, peach slices, pineapple slices or any other frozen fruit Almond Milk or Silk Very
Blend all the above ingredients together. You may add more or less juice or soy milk depending on your desired thickness.
