Country Style Gravy
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of cashew pieces or
- 3 Tbsp of Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 3 Tbsp oil (omit if using nuts)
- 3 Tbsp of Braggs Liquid Amino or Tamari Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Blend all ingredients on high 2-3 min until creamy. Pour into saucepan and cook on medium high until thick, stirring constantly. Serve over biscuits, entree roasts or potatoes.
