Breakfast Biscuits

Breakfast Biscuits
  • 1 cup of soy milk (more or less)
  • 1 1/2 cup of unbleached flour
  • 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp feather weight baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp honey or Sucanat
  • 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast flakes
  • 1/4 cup of oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp Liquid Lecithin

Sift salt and flour together. Mix oil, lecithin and honey together and then combine with flour.  Add baking powder, yeast flakes into the mix and mix soy milk until dough is moist.  Then drop mixture onto a sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
