Overnight Oats
- 20 oz mason jar with lid (or any medium sized bowl with lid)
- 1.5 cup Quick Oats
- Almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- 1/3 cup raisins
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup (or any other sweetener like Stevia, Xylitol, Agave)
- 1 banana
- cinnamon
- Optional: ¼ cup unsalted pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- Fill the jar with oats, seeds (chia, flax, pumpkin, sunflower), raisins, sweetener and a dash of cinnamon.
- Fill the jar to the top with the almond milk.
- Close tightly and stick it in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning, top with sliced banana and eat. No need to cook. However, you may heat it up before you add the bananas if you prefer your oatmeal warm. Enjoy!!
