Beginner’s Green Power Smoothie
  • 1 to 2 organic kale leaves
  • 1 organic orange, peeled
  • 1 to 2 organic pears
  • 1 to 2 organic bananas
  • organic blueberries
  1. Add kale, orange, and pears in a blender.
  2. Add water according to desired consistency.
  3. Blend.
  4. Once smooth, add bananas and blueberries, blend.
  5. Serve in a tall glass and Enjoy!!
