Beginner’s Green Power Smoothie
- 1 to 2 organic kale leaves
- 1 organic orange, peeled
- 1 to 2 organic pears
- 1 to 2 organic bananas
- organic blueberries
- Add kale, orange, and pears in a blender.
- Add water according to desired consistency.
- Blend.
- Once smooth, add bananas and blueberries, blend.
- Serve in a tall glass and Enjoy!!
