Vietnamese Spring Rolls
Rice paper
Lettuce
Cucumber
Shredded Carrots
Mint
Bean sprouts
Rice Vermicelli noodle
Sauce:
Peanut Butter
Hoisin Sauce
Steps for spring roll:
1. Boil water and cook rice noddle until soft (Al Dente)
2. Wash all vegetables
3. Peel and cut cucumber into strips
4.Take rice paper and dip into bowl of hot water (Be sure all parts of the rice paper is wet)
5. Place rice paper on a plate
6. Place all ingredients in a row on rice paper
7. Fold bottom of the rice paper over all ingredients. Then fold sides of rice paper. Then continue to fold bottom of spring roll until all rice paper is rolled.
Sauce:
1. On medium low heat, add 1 cup of hoisin sauce onto sauce pan.
2. Add 1 cup of peanut butter and stir
3. Add water until sauce becomes light brown.
